Sheila Hedden
Sheila has an extensive background in helping people and is also a licensed psychotherapist in private practice. She became interested in real estate several years ago, when she and her husband began buying and renovating rental properties. After the crash of 2008, Sheila witnessed first-hand the impact that the financial crisis had on her clients, and this led her to pursue further real estate education. She and her husband developed JAM Properties, LLC, and began buying distressed properties and renovating them. Sheila’s main role is focused on bringing solutions to homeowners, whether that’s purchasing their home or referring them to someone else who has a better solution for their situation.
When Sheila first heard about Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs), she was very intrigued. Home prices and rental costs in Southern California have skyrocketed in the last couple of years. Though this presents opportunity for some, it causes despair for those who simply can’t afford to buy or rent in the area. Once again, Sheila began studying and learning all that she could about ADUs. This seemed like the perfect solution for many homeowners who need extra space for extended family members or additional income, as well as for tenants who need a more affordable place to live. Sheila and her team at JAM Properties, LLC already have expertise in creating beautiful living spaces, quickly and on a budget. Partnering with homeowners seemed like the perfect solution, and Superior ADUs, LLC was created!
