Andrew joined the real estate industry in 2014 after having worked in luxury retail for over 21 years. To better service his clients, Andrew moved his team to Compass, the country’s largest independent real estate brokerage. The Andrew Moore Group can handle transactions in multiple languages including Chinese, Vietnamese and Spanish.
Andrew believes that the most important aspect of being a realtor® is developing trust. Real estate is an asset that will likely be the most expensive investment of an individual’s life. It is thus especially critical to take into account the fact that he, as a realtor®, is not simply dealing with numbers but truly looking after the vested interests of his clients. Andrew sees ADUs as a way for his clients to capitalize on their property. Building wealth for his clients by either selling at a top price, providing housing for a family, or initiating a steady income stream for retirement is his goal. Andrew realizes that assisting homeowners in making their properties even more valuable with the addition of an ADU is a huge opportunity, and for this reason, Superior ADUs was established. By coupling his wealth of expertise and sophisticated resources from his luxury retail experience with his nuanced understanding of the real estate market, Andrew ensures that all aspects of transactions will garner appropriate attention down to the very last detail.
Andrew was born and raised in West Vancouver, Canada and graduated from University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Art History. He taught skiing at Whistler and salmon fishing in Haida Gwaii on the North Coast of British Columbia for many years. He has resided in Newport Beach with his wife Nobie for over 17 years. Andrew currently holds his Broker’s License in California and also a Principal Broker in Oregon.
