About Superior ADUs
The development of Superior ADUs evolved from a partnership between Andrew Moore, a leading Realtor at Compass, and the Hedden family of JAM Properties, LLC, a residential redevelopment company in Orange County, CA. As the story goes, Andrew came to the rescue to help the JAM team sell an amazing, yet unique property. Each recognized in the other, the similarities in talent, dedication, work ethic and integrity, and the perfect partnership was born! Andrew assisted the Heddens with buying and selling homes, while they renovated them. When Andrew approached them with his idea of helping homeowners add value, space, and income to their properties, they jumped at the idea, and Superior ADUs was born!

Lorem Ipsum
Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source.
Mission Statement
Success is not measured solely by sales, but by relationships built and desires met.
Andrew joined the real estate industry in 2014, after having worked in
luxury retail for over 21 years. After working as a realtor at Teles
Properties and Douglas Elliman Real Estate, Andrew and his team have
now moved to Compass, so that he can better serve his clients. The
Andrew Moore Group can handle transactions in multiple languages
including Chinese, Vietnamese and Spanish. Andrew was born and raised
in West Vancouver, Canada. He taught skiing at Whistler and Salmon
Fishing in Haida Gwaii on the North Coast of British Columbia for years.
He’s resided in Newport Beach with his wife Nobie, for over 15 years.
Andrew currently holds his broker's license in California and will soon
also be licensed in Oregon.
Andrew believes that the most important aspect of being a realtor® is developing trust. Real estate is an asset that will likely be the most expensive investment of an individual's life. It is thus especially critical to take into account the fact that he, as a realtor®, is not simply dealing with numbers, but truly looking after the vested interests of his clients. Andrew sees ADUs as a way for his clients to capitalize on their property. Building wealth for his clients by either selling at a top price, providing housing for a family, or initiating a steady income stream for retirement is his goal. Andrew realizes that assisting homeowners in making their properties even more valuable with the addition of an ADU is a huge opportunity, and for this reason, Superior ADUs was established. By coupling his wealth of expertise and sophisticated resources from his luxury retail experience with his nuanced understanding of the real estate market, Andrew ensures that all aspects of transactions will garner appropriate attention down to the very last detail.

Gerry has an extensive background as a licensed electrician, electrical
contractor, and facilities’ manager. He and his wife made the decision to
invest in real estate in 2004, when they began buying rental properties.
With his contracting background and ability to problem-solve and fix
anything, his natural path led him to the creation of a residential
redevelopment company. Since then, Gerry and his team at JAM
Properties, LLC, have been buying distressed houses and renovating them
in Southern California.
While “flipping” homes, Gerry became aware of the shortages of
“affordable” living in Southern California. It was at that point that he and
his team became interested in Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs), which
provide additional living spaces on existing properties. Gerry saw that
ADUs were the perfect solution for many homeowners in Southern
California. He and his team at JAM Properties, LLC already knew how to
quickly turn an ugly home into a beautiful living space. Renovating
garages and building small homes, seemed like the next logical step in
helping the homeowners of So Cal!

Sheila has an extensive background in helping people and is also a
licensed psychotherapist in private practice. She became interested in real
estate several years ago, when she and her husband began buying and
renovating rental properties. After the crash of 2008, Sheila witnessed
first-hand the impact that the financial crisis had on her clients, and this
led her to pursue further real estate education. She and her husband
developed JAM Properties, LLC, and began buying distressed properties
and renovating them. Sheila’s main role is focused on bringing solutions
to homeowners, whether that’s purchasing their home or referring them to
someone else who has a better solution for their situation. When Sheila first heard about Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs), she was
very intrigued. Home prices and rental costs in Southern California have
skyrocketed in the last couple of years. Though this presents opportunity
for some, it causes despair for those who simply can’t afford to buy or rent
in the area. Once again, Sheila began studying and learning all that she
could about ADUs. This seemed like the perfect solution for many
homeowners who need extra space for extended family members or
additional income, as well as for tenants who need a more affordable place
to live. Sheila and her team at JAM Properties, LLC already have
expertise in creating beautiful living spaces, quickly and on a budget.
Partnering with homeowners seemed like the perfect solution, and
Superior ADUs, LLC was created!

Michelle is the talented designer for JAM Properties, LLC. She has many
strengths and could have pursued almost any career, but after being
diagnosed with a medical condition while in college, she decided to study
interior design and join the family business. She continued her education
and training in real estate, residential design, and online marketing, and
she’s currently attending the New York Institute of Art and Design to
receive her certification in Residential Interior Design. Michelle has
become extremely efficient at building detailed scopes of work,
overseeing and working with general contractors, and designing beautiful
homes that appeal to the masses. Her designs are the primary reason that
JAM Properties, LLC’s homes sell quickly.Like the other members of the JAM team, Michelle loves to help people
and find solutions that are beneficial for all involved. When she became
aware of the benefits of Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs), she was
excited to begin creating designs. She is especially happy that she has an
opportunity to offer several design packages to homeowners, giving them
options to choose the finishes that appeal most to them.
